Commercial Services Manager - Leading Logistics company based in Meriden - Very competitive salary dependant of experience plus outstanding company benefits and Hybrid working.
 
As Commercial Services Manager you will be leading a team of 7 and 1 Team Leader.
 
Job duties will include:
Provide, monitor and record training activities for the Commercial Services
Team.
Conduct audits to ensure completion and accuracy of data.
Manage the complaints/query processes using appropriate software.
Maintain appropriate resources within the team to deliver excellent
customer service.
Building and maintaining employee engagement and strong team
behaviours of: teamworking; drive for achievement; communication;
prioritising the customer and business awareness.
Monitor and evaluate relationships and communications with customers,
to ensure clarity and consistency.
Ensure appropriate product, service and commercial contract expertise
exists within the team through coaching and employee development.
Work with the Commercial Services Manager to identify skills required
within the team to inform recruitment activities.
Identify gaps or areas for improvement in current procedures and work
with colleagues to recommend potential solutions.
Monitor and manage work-flow in the team to allocate tasks accordingly.
Analyse, collate and process complex information in a structured manner,
drawing conclusions that enable the right decisions to be reached.
Support the Account Managers and field based team with general
administration.
Report periodically on key commercial performance drivers including
Revenue & KPI’s.
Ensure all internal compliance reporting requirements are met in a timely
manner.
 
Skills/Experience required:
 
2-5 years team leader experience within a service organisation.
Advanced Excel.
CRM.
Microsoft Suite.
Power BI.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks appropriately.
Ability to build strong working relationships at all.
